Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Packaging:
- Accurately and efficiently pack customer orders according to established guidelines and standards.
- Ensure proper labeling, sorting, and categorization of packaged orders.
- Conduct quality checks on packaging to maintain product integrity.
- Organize and maintain an organized and clean packing area.
2. Inventory Management:
- Assist in the receipt, storage, and retrieval of warehouse goods.
- Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory control.
- Notify the Warehouse Manager of any discrepancies or inventory shortages.
3. Admin Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of packaged orders, including order numbers, quantities, and shipping details.
- Assist in generating packing slips, invoices, and shipping labels.
- Handle paperwork related to returns, exchanges, and damaged products.
- Support with data entry and documentation as needed.
4. Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, particularly those related to warehouse operations.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Warehouse Manager promptly.
5. Communication:
- Collaborate with other warehouse team members to meet order fulfillment targets.
- Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager regarding any operational issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging role is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and documentation.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and administrative tasks.
- Ability to lift and move packages and products, as well as perform physical tasks associated with the role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Organize, schedule, and upload products and creative assets to marketplaces and our webstore within specified timelines.
- Develop marketing strategies for the e-commerce platform and execute tactical campaigns to enhance profitability, effectiveness, and online sales.
- Coordinate livestream sessions, manage hosts, visuals, and product demonstrations on various marketplaces.
- Keep a close eye on e-commerce trends, innovative initiatives, and monitor competitors’ performance within the e-commerce space.
- Identify market gaps and manage pricing strategies, product promotions, and product availability.
- Foster positive and constructive communication with marketplace account managers.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative design teams to enhance digital marketing assets.
- Work in synergy with internal departments (Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to optimize overall store performance.
- Monitor and analyze traffic and sales performance, making necessary adjustments to boost sales.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of e-commerce experience, preferably from Lazada or Shopee commerce.
- Basic understanding of marketing, digital marketing channels, and e-commerce platforms.
